Debora is passionate about transpersonal coaching and energy healing because it works on both the conscious and subconscious mind and utilizes incredible self- empowering tools to eliminate suffering.
Debora's Education
Debora offers 40 years of experience in health and wellness when she first became a fitness instructor. She earned her BA in psychology honors track and continued her master's and doctoral education in clinical psychology, she is twice published in Psychology Journals. Debora is a Master-Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Certified Energy Health Practitioner (CEHP), Law Of Attraction Coach, Nutrition Coach, Master in Reiki, Certified Soul Detective, Certified Yoga, Meditation and Chakra Balancing.
Debora follows a woman known simply as "Amma" as her yoga expert and visited her home ashram in India three times for study and volunteer work. She has studied many yoga techniques but most extensive training through the Sri Krishnamacharya lineage (T.K.V. Desikachar,B.K.S. Iyengar, K. Pattabhi Jois ). Debora is the author of the book Kundalini "Empowering the mind, body, heart and soul".
Debora's clinical doctoral education was in Transpersonal Psychology, a program specializing in spiritual processes towards mental health and wellness. She continued her education with the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology achieving a cortication in somatic therapies. Debora has a one year bible degree and is currently undergoing the Stephen Ministry training at Twin Lakes Church, Santa Cruz.
